A PF investiga se h\u00e1 emiss\u00e3o de documentos falsos para compra de armas de fogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o foram expedidos pela Justi\u00e7a Federal de Divin\u00f3polis e cumpridos na casa e no endere\u00e7o comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foram apreendidos um computador, celular e v\u00e1rios processos de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de armas de fogo que seriam protocolados na Pol\u00edcia Federal, com ind\u00edcios de irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/documentos-apreendidos.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/documentos-apreendidos.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/documentos-apreendidos-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption><em>Documentos, celulares e computador foram apreendidos para investiga\u00e7\u00e3o -Foto: Pol\u00edcia Federal\/Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Se provadas estas irregularidades os investigados responder\u00e3o pelos crimes de falsidade ideol\u00f3gica e uso de documento falso (artigos 299 e 304 do C\u00f3digo Penal), podendo cumprir at\u00e9 5 anos de reclus\u00e3o, se condenados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Federal iniciou a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o por causa de poss\u00edveis irregularidades encontradas em documentos para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de armas de fogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas poss\u00edveis irregularidades ou falsidades em documentos se referem \u00e0 ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edcita dos compradores, conforme est\u00e1 previsto no Estatuto do Desarmamento &#8211; Lei 10.826\/03.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edcita \u00e9 um dos requisitos para a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de arma de fogo e deve ser confirmada por meio de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de documento comprobat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cumprir com esse requisito, foram anexadas c\u00f3pias de comprovantes de pagamento de sal\u00e1rio em processos protocolados na Delegacia. Ao cruzar os dados declarados nos comprovantes de pagamento de sal\u00e1rio com os dados do Sistema de Cadastro Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Sociais \u2013 CNIS, foi poss\u00edvel verificar diversas inconsist\u00eancias como: n\u00e3o recolhimento da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o social declarada; inexist\u00eancia de v\u00ednculo trabalhista; recebimento de sal\u00e1rio em per\u00edodo que a empresa n\u00e3o estava ativa, etc. Todos os processos foram protocolados pelo mesmo despachante que passou a ser investigado em inqu\u00e9rito policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A empresa n\u00e3o foi fechada,
