O projeto do vereador Leonardo Alves, implementa\u00e7\u00e3o o programa em centros de sa\u00fade a exemplo de hospitais, cl\u00ednicas particulares e filantr\u00f3picas por interm\u00e9dio de conv\u00eanios, cl\u00ednicas essas que poder\u00e3o oferecer consultas, exames e cirurgias.<br>As reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas de sa\u00fade, policl\u00ednicas, PSFs tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o ser enquadradas na Lei com disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de consultas, exames, pequenas cirurgias em hor\u00e1rios alternados, preferencialmente das 18h \u00e0s 0h. As consultas represadas h\u00e1 mais de 6 meses poder\u00e3o ter prefer\u00eancia com a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o deste programa.<br>Cronograma de obras<br>Outra Lei promulgada pelo Legislativo, estabelece a obrigatoriedade da Prefeitura Municipal de Ita\u00fana de divulgar o cronograma de obras e servi\u00e7os de pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, tapa-buracos, ro\u00e7agem de mato em \u00e1reas verdes, troca de l\u00e2mpadas e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de pra\u00e7as e parques, previstos pelas Secretarias de Obras e Urbanismo.<br>As publica\u00e7\u00f5es dever\u00e3o ocorrer at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo dia de expediente de cada m\u00eas, em site oficial, e tamb\u00e9m em outras m\u00eddias. As eventuais altera\u00e7\u00f5es no cronograma tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o ser disponibilizadas nas plataformas com anteced\u00eancia de no m\u00ednimo 24 horas, informando ao mun\u00edcipe o novo planejamento.<br>Segundo a Lei, o Executivo fica isento da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o da divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dessas altera\u00e7\u00f5es em decorr\u00eancia de desastres naturais, calamidade p\u00fablica ou motivos de for\u00e7a maior devidamente justificados, devendo ser disponibilizado o novo planejamento t\u00e3o logo as secretarias competentes possuam as informa\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Lei denominada \u201cPrograma Coruj\u00e3o\u201d foi promulgada pelo Presidente da C\u00e2mara vereador Alexandre Campos.
