{"id":7189,"date":"2021-07-13T17:01:04","date_gmt":"2021-07-13T20:01:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/?p=7189"},"modified":"2021-07-13T17:01:07","modified_gmt":"2021-07-13T20:01:07","slug":"promulgada-emenda-a-constituicao-de-recursos-para-municipios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/promulgada-emenda-a-constituicao-de-recursos-para-municipios\/","title":{"rendered":"Promulgada Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos para munic\u00edpios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>O presidente da ALMG Agostinho Patrus &#8211; PV\/MG (<strong>Foto:<\/strong>\u00a0Willian Dias)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Em cerim\u00f4nia no Sal\u00e3o Nobre, presidente da ALMG, Agostinho Patrus, assina promulga\u00e7\u00e3o de PEC sobre acordo da Vale.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O presidente da Assembleia Legislativa de Minas Gerais (ALMG), deputado Agostinho Patrus (PV), assinou, na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (13\/7\/21), em cerim\u00f4nia no Sal\u00e3o Nobre, a promulga\u00e7\u00e3o da Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC) 68\/21, que foi transformada na Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o 109, de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A emenda garante o repasse direto aos munic\u00edpios de R$ 1,5 bilh\u00e3o. Esse valor \u00e9 parte dos recursos do acordo firmado pelo governo estadual com a mineradora Vale, em repara\u00e7\u00e3o a danos causados pelo rompimento de barragem em Brumadinho, na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte (RMBH), em janeiro de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m participaram da cerim\u00f4nia presencialmente dezenas de deputadas e deputados, entre eles o deputado Hely Tarq\u00fc\u00ednio (PV), primeiro signat\u00e1rio da PEC 68\/21, e as prefeitas de Contagem (RMBH), a ex-deputada Mar\u00edlia Campos; e de Juiz de Fora (Zona da Mata), Margarida Salom\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remotamente, foram registradas as presen\u00e7as de mais 470 prefeitos e prefeitas, entre eles o prefeito de Te\u00f3filo Otoni (Jequitinhonha\/Mucuri), Daniel Sucupira, l\u00edder do \u201cMovimento 100+\u201d, que re\u00fane representantes de cidades com mais de 100 mil habitantes. Tamb\u00e9m participou da cerim\u00f4nia o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Mineira de Munic\u00edpios (AMM) e ex-prefeito de Moema (Centro-Oeste), Julvan
