Foi aprovado o projeto do vereador Gustavo Barbosa que obriga a transmiss\u00e3o ao vivo, via internet ou outro mecanismo oficial de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, das licita\u00e7\u00f5es presenciais dos Poderes Executivo e Legislativo Municipal, Autarquias e o Instituto Municipal de Previd\u00eancia (IMP). As transmiss\u00f5es, segundo o Projeto, ser\u00e3o realizadas em \u00e1udio e v\u00eddeo. Os processos licitat\u00f3rios, que ser\u00e3o objetos de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e3o constar na plataforma de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o momentos antes do in\u00edcio da mesma.
O in\u00edcio da vig\u00eancia da Lei depois de sancionada \u00e9 de 90 dias.
O objetivo do autor \u00e9 ampliar a transpar\u00eancia nos atos nos setores p\u00fablicos do munic\u00edpio no que tange aos processos licitat\u00f3rios.
