Um dos r\u00e9us foi absolvido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O crime<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O crime aconteceu em 25 de agosto de 2025, na rodovia MG-431, em Ita\u00fana.\u00a0 A v\u00edtima fazia uma corrida e, em uma estrada de terra, \u00e0s margens da rodovia MG 431, sentido Par\u00e1 de Minas, foi surpreendida por dois homens, um deles portava arma de fogo. A sua moto Honda\u00a0CG 150 e um telefone celular foram roubados, ele foi baleado. Uma testemunha que passava pela rodovia encontrou a v\u00edtima ferida e acionou o SAMU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O crime aconteceu por volta das 11 horas; \u00e0s 11h20 o Samu chegou para atendimento e encontrou o motociclista consciente, por\u00e9m confuso, com ferimento no t\u00f3rax. Depois de receber os primeiros atendimentos, a v\u00edtima foi levada ao Hospital Manoel Gon\u00e7alves. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais foram de latroc\u00ednio, roubo seguido de morte, mas levaram a um inqu\u00e9rito de crime passional. Dois suspeitos, de 22 e 44 anos, foram presos pela Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O julgamento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sess\u00e3o de julgamento durou 15 horas, presidida pelo juiz Adelmo Bragan\u00e7a de Queiroz.<br>O Conselho de Senten\u00e7a absolveu o r\u00e9u M. R. A. S., \u00e0 \u00e9poca do crime com 22 anos. Acusado por homic\u00eddio consumado qualificado, por receber para fazer a emboscada.<br>O segundo r\u00e9u O. C. S., \u00e0 \u00e9poca com 47 anos, foi condenado a pena de 17 anos e 2 meses 8 dias de reclus\u00e3o, por homic\u00eddio consumado qualificado, pela paga ou promessa de recompensa e pela emboscada ou dissimula\u00e7\u00e3o.
