Tal documento teria sido feito, segundo a nota enviada \u00e0 imprensa, para parecer oficial e usado para apontar manobra por parte de Ant\u00f4nio de Miranda, para arquivar a CPI da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>Naquele dia, a vota\u00e7\u00e3o ficou empatada e o arquivamento foi definido pelo voto do presidente.<br>A nota divulga ainda informa que o presidente Ant\u00f4nio de Miranda formalizou queixa-crime junto \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, \u201cpara que sejam apuradas as circunst\u00e2ncias, responsabilidades e eventuais il\u00edcitos relacionados ao caso.\u201d<br>Segue Nota de Esclarecimento da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Ita\u00fana, na sua \u00edntegra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;A C\u00e2mara Municipal vem a p\u00fablico prestar esclarecimentos acerca do documento recentemente protocolado e divulgado como sendo uma suposta &#8220;certid\u00e3o&#8221; vinculada a esta Casa Legislativa.<br>Inicialmente, esclarece-se que o referido documento n\u00e3o possui car\u00e1ter oficial, n\u00e3o tendo sido redigido pela Secretaria Legislativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal. Ressalta-se que o material apresentado n\u00e3o se encontra em papel timbrado oficial e n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m assinatura de servidor competente, requisitos formais indispens\u00e1veis para a validade de certid\u00f5es emitidas por este Poder.<br>Dessa forma, informa-se que nenhuma certid\u00e3o foi emitida pela Secretaria Legislativa com o teor divulgado. O documento apresentado trata-se, exclusivamente, de protocolo administrativo, ou seja, mero registro de recebimento de material entregue, ato obrigat\u00f3rio da Secretaria, que n\u00e3o representa chancela institucional, valida\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fado ou reconhecimento de veracidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es nele constantes.<br>Diante da gravidade dos fatos, a C\u00e2mara Municipal, por meio de seu Presidente, formalizou queixa-crime junto \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, para que sejam apuradas as circunst\u00e2ncias, responsabilidades e eventuais il\u00edcitos relacionados ao caso.<br>A institui\u00e7\u00e3o reafirma seu compromisso com a legalidade, a transpar\u00eancia e a lisura dos atos administrativos, permanecendo \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades para todos os esclarecimentos necess\u00e1rios.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
