{"id":35428,"date":"2026-01-14T17:46:23","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T20:46:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/?p=35428"},"modified":"2026-01-14T17:46:25","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T20:46:25","slug":"justica-federal-manda-soltar-todos-investigados-da-operacao-rejeito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/justica-federal-manda-soltar-todos-investigados-da-operacao-rejeito\/","title":{"rendered":"Justi\u00e7a federal manda soltar todos investigados da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Rejeito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Foto: Hidelbrando Neto &#8211; arquivo<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira, 14, o Tribunal Regional Federal da 6\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRF-6) determinou a soltura dos investigados da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Rejeito ainda presos desde setembro.<br>Em dezembro j\u00e1 haviam sido soltos Alan Cavalcante do Nascimento, apontado como l\u00edder da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa; Jo\u00e3o Alberto Paix\u00e3o Lages, articulador pol\u00edtico e institucional do grupo; Helder Adriano de Freitas, gestor operacional e diretor da empresa Aiga; Rodrigo de Melo Teixeira, delegado da PF, acusado de atua\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado miner\u00e1rio e no dia a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, No\u00eamia dos Santos, diretora administrativa e financeira das empresas de fachada.<br>Para o desembargador federal relator do processo, Pedro Felipe de Oliveira Santos, se apenas alguns suspeitos permanecessem presos, afrontaria os princ\u00edpios &#8220;da isonomia, da proporcionalidade e da coer\u00eancia do sistema judicial, al\u00e9m de esvaziar a racionalidade do controle cautelar no \u00e2mbito da persecu\u00e7\u00e3o penal.&#8221;<br>Beneficiados com a decis\u00e3o de hoje s\u00e3o Ursula Paula Deroma, administradora da empresa Brava Minera\u00e7\u00e3o; Phillipe Westin Deroma Furtado, s\u00f3cio e operador financeiro; Marcos Arthur Mendon\u00e7a, articulador operacional; Gilberto Henrique Horta de Carvalho, articulador interinstitucional e lobista do grupo; Felipe Lombardi Martins, o \u201chomem da mala\u201d; Jamis Prado de Oliveira Junior, operador log\u00edstico e financeiro; Rodrigo Gon\u00e7alves Franco, ex-presidente da FEAM; Leandro C\u00e9sar Ferreira de Carvalho, ex-gerente Regional da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Minera\u00e7\u00e3o (ANM); Guilherme Santana Lopes Gomes, ex-diretor da ANM; Caio M\u00e1rio Trivellato Seabra Filho, diretor da ANM; Arthur Ferreira Rezende Delfim, servidor da FEAM que emitiu licen\u00e7as irregulares.<br>Os investigados ter\u00e3o que usar tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica, durante a semana ter\u00e3o que ficar em casa \u00e0 noite e nos fins de semana, durante todo o tempo, n\u00e3o podem deixar o Brasil e ter\u00e3o que comunicar mudan\u00e7a de endere\u00e7o.<br>O vice-prefeito de Ita\u00fana, Hidelbrando Canabrava Rodrigues Neto, permanece sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e teve a inclus\u00e3o de seu nome na lista de procurados pela Interpol, Pol\u00edcia Internacional, pedida pela Pol\u00edcia Federal.
