A sede da Prefeitura de Ita\u00fana foi palco, na tarde desta quarta-feira, 28, de um encontro especial em comemora\u00e7\u00e3o ao Dia do Servidor P\u00fablico. O evento, intitulado Caf\u00e9 com os Servidores, reuniu cerca de 600 colaboradores municipais em um momento de confraterniza\u00e7\u00e3o, integra\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o daqueles que fazem a cidade acontecer todos os dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com um ambiente acolhedor e festivo, o encontro contou com a presen\u00e7a do prefeito Gustavo Mitre, secret\u00e1rios municipais, vereadores e representantes do Sindicato dos Servidores P\u00fablicos Municipais e dos vereadores, refor\u00e7ando a parceria entre o Legislativo e o Executivo na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma Ita\u00fana cada vez melhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante sua fala, o prefeito Gustavo Mitre apresentou uma s\u00e9rie de avan\u00e7\u0327os e melhorias voltados \u00e0 valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do funcionalismo p\u00fablico. Entre as novidades est\u00e3o a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o das f\u00e9rias-pr\u00eamio, melhorias no aux\u00edlio-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, ajustes salariais em diversas categorias e avan\u00e7os em direitos e benef\u00edcios, como a equipara\u00e7\u00e3o das gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es, regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do piso salarial da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das progress\u00f5es funcionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em seu pronunciamento, Gustavo Mitre destacou que os an\u00fancios representam n\u00e3o apenas conquistas salariais, mas tamb\u00e9m um reconhecimento ao compromisso e \u00e0 dedica\u00e7\u00e3o de cada servidor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente do Sindicato dos Servidores tamb\u00e9m fez uso da palavra, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia do di\u00e1logo e da parceria com a gest\u00e3o municipal na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de avan\u00e7os concretos para a categoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O encontro foi encerrado com um clima de celebra\u00e7\u00e3o, reconhecimento e uni\u00e3o, marcando mais um passo importante na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor p\u00fablico itaunense e reafirmando o compromisso da Prefeitura de Ita\u00fana com uma gest\u00e3o humana, participativa e voltada para as pessoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
