Sa\u00fade \u00e9 um direito constitucional de todos os cidad\u00e3os e levam gestores em geral a se desdobram para garantia de atendimentos que satisfa\u00e7am pelo menos as condi\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas para a sobreviv\u00eancia humana. Nesta via de m\u00e3o dupla, cabe ao cidad\u00e3o\/paciente ter compromisso no que diz respeito \u00e0 sua parte, n\u00e3o faltando sem justificativa e aviso pr\u00e9vio a \u00a0exames e consultas agendados em espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos de sa\u00fade. Infelizmente este quadro tem sido comum em Ita\u00fana, com 5211 registros \u00a0de aus\u00eancia entre janeiro e agosto deste ano.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este resultado representa uma \u201cm\u00e9dia bruta\u201d de 21 faltas di\u00e1rias a tais procedimentos, todos oferecidos gratuitamente pelo CEMO Dr. Ov\u00eddio Nogueira Machado. De acordo com levantamento da SMS, os maiores n\u00fameros de faltas nos oito meses foram: raio-X \u2013 1062; ultrassonografia \u2013 481; pediatria \u2013 401; ortopedia \u2013 355; psiquiatria \u2013 307; endocrinologia \u2013 302; otorrino \u2013 267; dermatologia \u2013 259; urologia \u2013 246; ginecologia \u2013 238; obstetr\u00edcia \u2013 189; gastroenterologia \u2013 137; cirurgia geral \u2013 105; dentre outras especialidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os n\u00fameros impressionaram o secret\u00e1rio municipal de Sa\u00fade, Alan Rodrigo, que destaca \u201co impacto negativo do mau h\u00e1bito, uma vez que gera custos, bancados pelos pr\u00f3prios cidad\u00e3os, relativos a  contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9dicos e procedimentos, al\u00e9m de tirar a oportunidade de outras pessoas em filas de espera e que aguardam esta oportunidade para melhoria de qualidade em sua sa\u00fade\u201d, destaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alan acrescenta que \u201cestas aus\u00eancias s\u00e3o injustific\u00e1veis, uma vez que os agentes comunit\u00e1rios de sa\u00fade fazem o contato entre o CEMO e o cidad\u00e3o, avisando sobre datas e hor\u00e1rios, recebendo confirma\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos, por\u00e9m, muitas vezes, s\u00e3o surpreendidos posteriormente pela falta do paciente. Pedimos apenas para que avisem com anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima qualquer impossibilidade de comparecimento, que permitir\u00e1 a  substitui\u00e7\u00e3o por outra pessoa, otimizando o fator tempo dos profissionais envolvidos\u201d, orienta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
