A proposta N\u00ba 3.345\/2025 visa reduzir o impacto financeiro para motoristas e transportadores que trafegam pelas rodovias mineiras.<br>Segundo Lohanna, o objetivo do projeto \u00e9 garantir mais justi\u00e7a tarif\u00e1ria e evitar cobran\u00e7as excessivas para os usu\u00e1rios das estradas. \u201c\u00c9 inadmiss\u00edvel que os cidad\u00e3os mineiros tenham que pagar ped\u00e1gios em trechos curtos, sem qualquer justificativa plaus\u00edvel. N\u00f3s queremos assegurar que o cidad\u00e3o n\u00e3o seja utilizado como fonte de financiamento dos lucros das empresas concession\u00e1rias, evitando a instala\u00e7\u00e3o desenfreada de postos de ped\u00e1gio\u201d, afirmou a deputada.<br>De acordo com o PL, a dist\u00e2ncia m\u00ednima entre pra\u00e7as de ped\u00e1gio no mesmo sentido da via ser\u00e1 de 100 quil\u00f4metros, aplicando-se a novas concess\u00f5es e \u00e0 renova\u00e7\u00e3o de concess\u00f5es existentes, valendo tanto para pra\u00e7as dentro de um mesmo trecho concedido quanto para aquelas em trechos distintos, independentemente da concession\u00e1ria respons\u00e1vel.<br>O projeto ainda prev\u00ea que as pra\u00e7as de ped\u00e1gio instaladas em desacordo com esta lei dever\u00e3o ser desativadas ou realocadas, dentro da dist\u00e2ncia m\u00ednima.<br>A mat\u00e9ria surge em meio a cr\u00edticas ao novo modelo de concess\u00e3o de rodovias em Minas Gerais, que prev\u00ea a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas novas pra\u00e7as de ped\u00e1gio. \u201cE a experi\u00eancia com as recentes concess\u00f5es em Minas Gerais demonstra a insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o com a gest\u00e3o das
