N\u00e3o foi divulgado o motivo da condena\u00e7\u00e3o dele.<br>A Secretaria de Estado de Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (Sejusp) confirmou o fato investiga o caso e divulgou que o homem foi encaminhado para uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade onde passou por v\u00e1rios exames que confirmaram sua den\u00fancia.<br>Em nota a Sejusp explicou o fato e as provid\u00eancias tomadas.<br>&#8220;Informamos que na manh\u00e3 desse domingo (16), policiais penais do Pres\u00eddio Inspetor Jos\u00e9 Martinho Drumond foram acionados por um custodiado que alegou ter sofrido viol\u00eancia sexual por parte de outros detentos da cela.<br>Como medida de praxe, o preso foi levado para um hospital da rede p\u00fablica para exames e permanece sob observa\u00e7\u00e3o. A dire\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade prisional instaurou um procedimento de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o preliminar que ir\u00e1 apurar administrativamente a ocorr\u00eancia.<br>Os detentos colegas de cela da v\u00edtima da suposta agress\u00e3o foram levados para a delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil, respons\u00e1vel pelas provid\u00eancias no \u00e2mbito
