O munic\u00edpio foi multado em R$ 9 mil pelo corte ilegal de \u00e1rvores em extin\u00e7\u00e3o (divulga\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Prefeitura de Divin\u00f3polis foi recentemente autuada e multada ap\u00f3s a deputada estadual Lohanna Fran\u00e7a (PV) denunciar graves irregularidades ambientais na cidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As den\u00fancias, protocoladas junto \u00e0 Secretaria de Meio Ambiente do Estado de Minas Gerais, destacaram a supress\u00e3o ilegal de \u00e1rvores em extin\u00e7\u00e3o em uma \u00e1rea onde, possivelmente, a prefeitura pretende instalar um novo aterro sanit\u00e1rio.
O munic\u00edpio foi multado em R$ 9 mil por esse ato, que resultou na morte de \u00e1rvores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m dessa infra\u00e7\u00e3o, a deputada tamb\u00e9m exp\u00f4s problemas no aterro j\u00e1 existente na cidade, que, de acordo com ela, n\u00e3o tem capacidade para gerir os res\u00edduos de Divin\u00f3polis de forma adequada.
A prefeitura foi multada em R$ 70 mil por dia, sendo R$ 11 mil por n\u00e3o cumprir determina\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores e R$ 60 mil por causar polui\u00e7\u00e3o e degrada\u00e7\u00e3o permanente dos recursos h\u00eddricos e da vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lohanna ressaltou a gravidade dessas a\u00e7\u00f5es, que, segundo ela, refletem a falta de responsabilidade do governo municipal em lidar com quest\u00f5es ambientais cruciais: \u201cN\u00e3o adianta reclamar que o clima est\u00e1 muito seco, dizer que est\u00e1 insuport\u00e1vel conviver com essa temperatura, se n\u00e3o ficarmos de olho no que o governo municipal, estadual e federal est\u00e3o fazendo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a uma pauta t\u00e3o s\u00e9ria quanto a do meio ambiente.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
