Diz a representa\u00e7\u00e3o: &#8220;<em>o candidato MARCINHO HAKUNA, com dolo, continua a veicular em sua<\/em> <em>propaganda eleitoral not\u00edcias manifestamente falsas, ignorar as determina\u00e7\u00f5es da Justi\u00e7a<\/em> <em>Eleitoral e se utilizar de imagens e montagens com a figura do atual Prefeito de Ita\u00fana<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para sua decis\u00e3o o juiz eleitoral Alex Matoso analisou a propaganda eleitoral em quest\u00e3o, divulgada no dia 05\/11\/2020, e constatou que a imagem do candidato Neider Moreira foi novamente utilizada no programa eleitoral de Marcinho Hakuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O juiz disse que &#8220;al\u00e9m disso, o candidato representado, ao inv\u00e9s de divulgar apenas suas propostas e solu\u00e7\u00f5es para os problemas do munic\u00edpio, preferiu utilizar parte de seu tempo para continuar desferindo cr\u00edticas \u00e0 atual administra\u00e7\u00e3o ou ao candidato representante&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O juiz determinou que o v\u00eddeo divulgado por Marcinho Hakuna<strong> <\/strong>seja temporariamente exclu\u00eddo de todas as m\u00eddias sociais em que estiver sendo Divulgado e ainda <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>a suspens\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria da divulga\u00e7\u00e3o desse v\u00eddeo na propaganda eleitoral gratuita na televis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Neste s\u00e1bado saiu
