Para a PF ele disse que a mulher era &#8220;como da fam\u00edlia&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o foi cumprido nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (6\/6) na casa do magistrado, em Florian\u00f3polis (SC). Em um comunicado oficial, o MPF afirmou que foi autorizado tamb\u00e9m o resgate da trabalhadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membro da Corte h\u00e1 15 anos, o desembargador Borba possui p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em direito do trabalho e est\u00e1 \u00e0 frente da 1\u00aa C\u00e2mara de Direito P\u00fablico do TJ de SC, que trata de julgamentos trabalhistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O magistrado tomou posse de cargo no tribunal em junho de 2008, depois de advogar por 28 anos. Formado em direito pela Universidade Regional de Blumenau (SC), Borba conta com o t\u00edtulo de cidad\u00e3o em\u00e9rito da cidade, \u201cem raz\u00e3o dos relevantes servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 coletividade blumenauense\u201d. L\u00e1, o juiz tamb\u00e9m foi professor universit\u00e1rio e presidente da subse\u00e7\u00e3o local da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Borba apresentou o trabalho \u201cA a\u00e7\u00e3o rescis\u00f3ria no processo trabalhista\u201d como conclus\u00e3o de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, na mesma institui\u00e7\u00e3o em que se formou. Em decorr\u00eancia da sua especializa\u00e7\u00e3o e do posto que ocupa no TJ-SC, o juiz atua, principalmente, em processos trabalhistas e casos ligados \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Borba tamb\u00e9m foi indicado a uma vaga de alto escal\u00e3o no \u00d3rg\u00e3o Especial do tribunal, respons\u00e1vel por processar e julgar, por crimes comuns, o vice-governador do Estado, os deputados estaduais, os secret\u00e1rios de Estado e o procurador-geral de justi\u00e7a. A validade do cargo funciona para o bi\u00eanio 2022-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es do <em><a
