Segundo o Procon s\u00e3o in\u00fameras as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es de consumidores contra a empresa, diretamente no \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou no site Reclame Aqui, onde qualquer consumidor pode reclamar de qualquer empresa que n\u00e3o tenha cumprido o que foi acordado em contrato de compra e venda, principalmente pela internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o site do MPMG \u2013 Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p> \u201cO Procon-MG, \u00f3rg\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), por meio da 14\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Defesa do Consumidor de Belo Horizonte, multou a SHPS Tecnologia e Servi\u00e7os Ltda-Shopee por descumprimento de oferta, sobretudo quanto \u00e0 n\u00e3o entrega de produtos adquiridos em seu site.<\/p><p>Conforme apurado, al\u00e9m de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es recebidas pelo MPMG, v\u00e1rias outras foram registradas no site \u2018Reclame Aqui\u2019 contra a Shopee, todas referentes ao descumprimento de oferta ou \u00e0 n\u00e3o entrega de produtos.<\/p><p>A empresa alegou que a reclama\u00e7\u00e3o que originou o processo administrativo n\u00e3o faz nenhuma refer\u00eancia \u00e0 empresa e que n\u00e3o existe vendedor na plataforma Shopee com os dados informados pelo reclamante. Sustentou, ainda, que n\u00e3o cria o conte\u00fado das ofertas nem\u00a0as listas de produtos veiculadas pelos vendedores, como tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o interv\u00e9m nas discuss\u00f5es realizadas direta e exclusivamente entre os vendedores e compradores terceiros, pois \u00e9 uma provedora de aplicativos de internet.<\/p><p>Para o Procon-MG, as pr\u00e1ticas constatadas constituem infra\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.078\/1990 (C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor) e ao Decreto Federal n\u00ba 2.181\/1997.<br>Por isso, a empresa foi multada em R$ 7.414.814,81 a serem depositados na conta do Fundo Estadual de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa do Consumidor.
