De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, ele \u00e9 suspeito de abusar sexualmente de uma das duas filhas. As adolescentes estavam com ele no im\u00f3vel, descrito pelos policiais como &#8220;insalubre&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A den\u00fancia de abuso sexual data de 2021, quando a filha do suspeito tinha 13 anos. Nessa \u00e9poca, a fam\u00edlia morava em Cassil\u00e2ndia (MS). Eles, ent\u00e3o, vieram para Uberl\u00e2ndia e chegaram a ser acompanhados pelo Conselho Tutelar. No entanto, quando foi descoberta uma ordem da Justi\u00e7a do Mato Grosso do Sul para que o homem fosse mantido longe da filha, a fam\u00edlia se mudou de casa, ainda na cidade mineira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil foi avisada e encontrou a fam\u00edlia no bairro Taiaman, na Zona Norte de Uberl\u00e2ndia. No local residiam o suspeito, sua neta de 3 anos, e as duas filhas, de 15 e 19 anos. A adolescente mais jovem foi quem o denunciou o pai pelos abusos. A filha mais velha \u00e9 a m\u00e3e da crian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInicialmente, a pris\u00e3o seria pelo descumprimento da ordem restritiva, todavia chegando ao im\u00f3vel havia uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o absurda de insalubridade. Esse homem morava com adolescentes e neta em uma casa suja, muito f\u00e9tida, com alimentos expostos e estragados, uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de maus-tratos \u00e0 crian\u00e7a e \u00e0s adolescentes\u201d, disse a delegada da Mulher, Lia Valechi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Levado para a delegacia, o suspeito contou que est\u00e1 aposentado, negou os abusos sexuais e disse que mora em Uberl\u00e2ndia desde o ano passado. Quando chegaram \u00e0 cidade, a mulher do suspeito foi presa por ter rompido a tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica que a monitorava.
