Repasses come\u00e7am em 16 de agosto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O governo federal, por meio do\u00a0Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Previd\u00eancia, definiu condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que motoristas de t\u00e1xis de todo o pa\u00eds tenham direito ao aux\u00edlio de R$ 1 mil destinado \u00e0 categoria, chamado de Benef\u00edcio Emergencial aos Motoristas de T\u00e1xi (BEm-Taxista). As regras foram publicadas no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU), nesta quinta-feira (28\/7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a portaria, o programa visa conceder at\u00e9 seis parcelas de R$ 1 mil cada, observado o limite global dispon\u00edvel para o pagamento do aux\u00edlio, que \u00e9 de R$ 2 bilh\u00f5es.\u00a0Os repasses devem come\u00e7ar a ser feitos no dia 16 de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O primeiro pagamento dever\u00e1 ser de R$ 2 mil, contemplando duas parcelas, referentes aos meses de julho e agosto. J\u00e1 o cr\u00e9dito dos taxistas inclu\u00eddos na segunda etapa est\u00e1 previsto para o dia 30 de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regras e condi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A portaria que regula o benef\u00edcio emergencial estipula regras e condi\u00e7\u00f5es que devem ser cumpridas pelos trabalhadores. Entre elas, est\u00e3o a necessidade de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o emitida pelo poder p\u00fablico municipal ou distrital para o exerc\u00edcio da atividade e que tenham Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH) v\u00e1lida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o documento, o aux\u00edlio n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 pago aos motoristas que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Estejam com o CPF pendente de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o junto \u00e0 Receita Federal, em situa\u00e7\u00e3o suspensa, cancelada, nula, ou de titular falecido;<\/li><li>Tenham seus CPFs vinculados, como instituidores, \u00e0 concess\u00e3o de pens\u00e3o por morte de qualquer natureza ou do aux\u00edlio-reclus\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Sejam titulares de benef\u00edcio por incapacidade permanente para o trabalho.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O envio dos cadastros ser\u00e1 responsabilidade dos munic\u00edpios e do governo do Distrito Federal; esse tr\u00e2mite ocorrer\u00e1 em tr\u00eas etapas. No sistema, desenvolvido pela Dataprev, as prefeituras e o governo do DF devem encaminhar os dados em arquivo simples, no formato CSV, ou fazer o registro das informa\u00e7\u00f5es individualmente no pr\u00f3prio sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre as etapas, o sistema ficar\u00e1 fechado para o envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es.
