O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Minas Gerais (MP – MG) vai realizar Processo Seletivo de n\u00edvel superior destinado \u00e0 admiss\u00e3o de estagi\u00e1rio de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em direito.
De acordo com o edital, ser\u00e1 preenchida uma vaga na 5\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da comarca de Ita\u00fana, al\u00e9m da forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cadastro reserva.
Para concorrer, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter disponibilidade para atuar em carga hor\u00e1ria de seis horas di\u00e1rias. Ao ser contratado, o estagi\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 beneficiado com bolsa-aux\u00edlio no valor de R$ 1.446,00, al\u00e9m de aux\u00edlio-transporte de R$ 9,00 por dia de atividade efetivamente exercida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procedimentos para participa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>
Para participar, os interessados devem realizar as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es no per\u00edodo de 23 de junho de 2022 a 5 de julho de 2022, mediante o preenchimento de formul\u00e1rio online<\/a>
No que diz respeito \u00e0 classifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos candidatos inscritos, ser\u00e1 realizada uma prova te\u00f3rica, de car\u00e1ter eliminat\u00f3rio e classificat\u00f3rio, composta por quest\u00f5es objetivas e\/ou discursiva, no qual envolver\u00e1 os temas de direito constitucional; direito penal; constitucionalidade da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o pelo minist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico e pris\u00e3o em segunda inst\u00e2ncia.
\u00c9 importante destacar que a prova est\u00e1 prevista para ser aplicada no dia 6 de julho de 2022, com inicio \u00e0s 13h, na Promotoria de Ita\u00fana, situada na Rua Godofredo Gon\u00e7alves, n\u00ba 370, Ed. Dr. Hely Gon\u00e7alves de Souza, Centro.
