Segundo a Secretaria Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito (Senatran), o documento ficar\u00e1 \u201cmais moderno\u201d e, cumprindo determina\u00e7\u00f5es legais, possibilitar\u00e1 o uso do nome social e da filia\u00e7\u00e3o afetiva do condutor que assim desejar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foi tamb\u00e9m incorporado um c\u00f3digo internacional utilizado nos passaportes, que permite ao condutor embarcar em terminais de autoatendimento nos aeroportos brasileiros. Como ter\u00e1 informa\u00e7\u00f5es impressas em ingl\u00eas e franc\u00eas, al\u00e9m do portugu\u00eas, o documento facilitar\u00e1 o uso em outros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As mudan\u00e7as estavam previstas desde dezembro de 2021, quando o Conselho Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito publicou a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 886, que regulamenta especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, produ\u00e7\u00e3o e expedi\u00e7\u00e3o da CNH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da CNH n\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria. Ela ser\u00e1 implementada de forma gradual para novas habilita\u00e7\u00f5es, na medida em que os condutores venham a renovar ou emitir a segunda via do documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme previsto na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; que detalha os itens de seguran\u00e7a que passar\u00e3o a ser adotados e apresenta como ser\u00e1 o visual do documento -, a nova vers\u00e3o da carteira de motorista trar\u00e1 uma tabela para identificar os tipos de ve\u00edculos que o condutor est\u00e1 apto a conduzir, bem como informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o exerc\u00edcio de atividade remunerada do motorista e poss\u00edveis restri\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nova CNH adotar\u00e1 uma nova cor. Al\u00e9m do verde, ter\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m o amarelo e novos elementos gr\u00e1ficos para dificultar a falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o e fraudes.
