Um homem de 40 anos matou o filho de 10 anos e cometeu suic\u00eddio em seguida, na Zona Norte de S\u00e3o Paulo, neste domingo (8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Militar, o autor do crime, Jhoathan Jo\u00e3o Pelepenko, era separado da m\u00e3e da crian\u00e7a e estava hospedado em um hotel, onde matou o menino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jhoathan Pelepenko \u00e9 morador da cidade de Marau, no Rio Grande do Sul, e estava em S\u00e3o Paulo para visitar Johan Nijou Pelepenko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os dois corpos foram encontrados no quarto com marcas de disparos na cabe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recentemente, Pelepenko havia participado de uma audi\u00eancia virtual na Justi\u00e7a onde teve o pedido para ficar 1 ano com a crian\u00e7a indeferido pela Justi\u00e7a. O juiz do caso determinou a guarda compartilhada da crian\u00e7a e tamb\u00e9m estabeleceu per\u00edodos de visita do pai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a defesa da m\u00e3e, o pai nunca teve comportamento violento que justificasse o crime. Desde 2013, estava separado da ex-mulher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O caso foi registrado como homic\u00eddio e suic\u00eddio no 73\u00ba DP (Ja\u00e7an\u00e3) e encaminhado para investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do 39\u00ba DP, na Vila Gustavo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
