O Mercado Livre revelou na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, 22, que pretende investir cerca de R$ 17 bilh\u00f5es no Brasil em 2022 para aprimorar sua rede de servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos no pa\u00eds e continuar atraindo mais clientes ao varejo on-line, categoria que desde 2020 demonstra n\u00fameros expressivos quanto a quantidade de vendas e lucros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assim como em investimentos anteriores, parte do dinheiro ser\u00e1\u00a0destinada \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos centros log\u00edsticos, contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios e aprimoramento do servi\u00e7o de entregas em todo o pa\u00eds, principalmente em localidades que possuem dep\u00f3sitos pr\u00f3prios da empresa \u2014 como a regi\u00e3o de Cajamar, no interior de S\u00e3o Paulo, por exemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As melhorias no setor log\u00edstico fazem parte da estrat\u00e9gia do gigante do e-commerce para atrair mais consumidores com entregas mais r\u00e1pidas e eficientes, tal como acontece com o modo de envio\u00a0‘Full’, em que pedidos adquiridos at\u00e9 determinado hor\u00e1rio s\u00e3o entregues no mesmo dia\u00a0ou na data seguinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Embora a log\u00edstica tenha sido\u00a0o foco principal dos \u00faltimos anos,\u00a0a companhia tamb\u00e9m deve destinar uma porcentagem do investimento bilion\u00e1rio\u00a0no aprimoramento dos servi\u00e7os oferecidos pelo Mercado Pago, plataforma digital que conta com milhares de usu\u00e1rios e vem se destacando entre os concorrentes.<\/a>Centro de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do Mercado Livre. Esta n\u00e3o \u00e9 a primeira vez que a empresa argentina anuncia grandes investimentos no Brasil, sendo que\u00a0no quarto trimestre do ano passado o Mercado Livre registrou uma alta de 60% em sua receita\u00a0e confirmou que pretende inaugurar mais quatro centros de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo ainda em 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As unidades devem contribuir para a log\u00edstica de envio em todo o pa\u00eds beneficiando principalmente os clientes das regi\u00f5es do ABC Paulista e munic\u00edpios do interior. Al\u00e9m do Sudeste, outras regi\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o recebendo melhorias na infraestrutura de entregas e armazenamento nos dep\u00f3sitos pr\u00f3prios da plataforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investimentos anteriores geraram mais de 7 mil vagas de emprego em S\u00e3o Paulo no segundo semestre de 2021, ano em que o servi\u00e7o de e-commerce aprimorou seus centros de opera\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios e aplica\u00e7\u00f5es bilion\u00e1rias em diferentes cidades devido ao crescimento das compras virtuais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
