{"id":1171,"date":"2020-09-16T12:43:22","date_gmt":"2020-09-16T15:43:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/?p=1171"},"modified":"2020-09-16T12:43:32","modified_gmt":"2020-09-16T15:43:32","slug":"bens-de-lequinho-estao-bloqueados-pela-justica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gazetaitauna.com.br\/site\/bens-de-lequinho-estao-bloqueados-pela-justica\/","title":{"rendered":"Bens de Lequinho est\u00e3o bloqueados pela Justi\u00e7a"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>V<em>ereador Alex Artur<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O vereador Alex Artur teve seus bens bloqueados pela Justi\u00e7a que investiga\u00a0 compra de votos para a elei\u00e7\u00e3o da Mesa Diretora no final de 2018 para o bi\u00eanio 2019\/2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O vereador passou por uma CPI na C\u00e2mara, mas conseguiu na Justi\u00e7a liminar suspendendo os trabalhos, mas uma a\u00e7\u00e3o com a mesma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o corre na Justi\u00e7a. Nesta semana o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Minas Gerais (TJMG) concedeu liminar que indisponibiliza os bens do vereador. A defesa do vereador trabalha para derrubar a liminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Defesa do Patrim\u00f4nio P\u00fablico foram propostas A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica por Ato de Improbidade Administrativa e A\u00e7\u00e3o Penal pela pr\u00e1tica de atos de improbidade administrativa e crimes de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, a &#8220;Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Past\u00e9is&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por improbidade administrativa a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o busca fatos para provar a suspeita de oferecimento de 20 mil reais ao vereador Iago Souza para que este faltasse \u00e0 reuni\u00e3o de elei\u00e7\u00e3o da Mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O MPMG investiga ainda se Alex teria &nbsp;oferecido a outros dois vereadores de Ita\u00fana cargos na C\u00e2mara e em empresas privadas caso a chapa que defendia vencesse a elei\u00e7\u00e3o da Mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da indisponibilidade dos bens de Alex Artur, o MPMG pediu que os outros parlamentares e a assessora fossem notificados para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de defesa e que fossem julgados procedentes os pedidos para condenar os parlamentares envolvidos nos atos de improbidade administrativa por atentar contra os princ\u00edpios da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se condenados os vereadores contra quem as a\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo movida perder\u00e3o o cargo, ter\u00e3o os direitos pol\u00edticos suspensos de tr\u00eas a cinco anos, pagamento de multa civil de at\u00e9 cem vezes o valor dos seus sal\u00e1rios e proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de contratar com o Poder P\u00fablico ou receber benef\u00edcios ou incentivos fiscais pelo prazo de tr\u00eas anos. Foi dada \u00e0 causa o valor de R$ 3.221.600,00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O MP j\u00e1 havia pedido \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a. em 1\u00aa inst\u00e2ncia, a indisponibilidade dos bens de lequinho, mas o juiz adiou a determina\u00e7\u00e3o entendendo que o pedido s\u00f3 deveria ser analisado depois de colhidas as defesas preliminares, o que poderia comprovar os &#8220;fortes ind\u00edcios&#8221; de responsabilidade pela pr\u00e1tica de ato de improbidade administrativa. O MP recorreu no TJMG que deferiu o pedido e concedeu liminar indisponibilizando os bens do vereador.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vereador Alex Artur O vereador Alex Artur
